If you got banned either for unknown or no reason, you should post it here as it was (create a new topic). Tell the story thoroughly, explicitly and precisely so that we know what to do next.

If you got any screenshots of happening, it would be a great help for us.
Also a recorded video isn't bad at all too.

Remember, while you're posting here, this is not your fault unless you banned someone for no reason yourself though.
