Always in a case of reporting a player, make sure you've caught even one screenshot. It'd be a lot easier for us to handle the following case if you caught screenshots. For a start, begin with explaining this case with details.
This is something we're against. Don't let anybody disrespect or humiliate you, but don't get pissed off because it might lead to the explosion of your mind. Just take the screenshots you need (instrumental ones), during the disrespecting or humiliation, stay calm. You can also invite onto the following Server a higher admin who can help you out and ban the disrespecter.
However, if you're pissed off and don't stay calm (acting like an angry bull), maybe we should say you to stay calm and everything will be ok. If you have any commands that you can use to punish the disrespecter, use them once at a time. Excessive use is not the best way!
