if you do please let me know and waht is bihined your name when you are Co-leadre

if im sure, than its nothing.
As i know divo and anthem, they made xps 4ever. so its will be even 30000000kxp and you will have your xp as long as server is online

Your XP just keeps on going up OR it might reset itself automatically when you reach a certain XP cap.

And for the co-leader, others might think this is a way to ask for an promotion which is Un-acceptable. 1. Dont ask for a promotion OR You WILL be DEMOTED.

Co-Leader is either CLDR or CLD. Im not sure. Check it on the Roster.
