As you guys know it's gonna be hard to find decent members to join our clan. And I think we should have a plan to make sure when the server comes we are not stuck with the same problem of not finding good members. My idea is for someone in xXx, will take on a very important job.. Now I'm not asking for anyone to take it, and I'm not going to bribe you with levels or anything, someone who is good at recruiting, and can get members to join. Someone that is active and loves ET, someone who can recruit 3 members a week.

If anyone is up or the job then post here and let us know, if you choose to take on this task, I'm expecting you to do it. In the end you will be our most valued member and a supreme one day.

Wasn't hard, old days, When i was owner, But now adays It's hard, And recruiting 3 members in a week, is a damn hard job, but we can try atleast, And I will try my best to do good work for the clan, I'm almost much active everyday, so i could try recruiting people to the clan.

I dont wanna be arrogant or something im just saying what i think.
Im not a very good recruiter tho so ill let emma do the main job but ill do my best to help her out:)
