Ok, it's really a matter of time now to speak of leadership. Yes we have recruiters but I'm talking about promoting and getting us preliminary leaders. By doing that, we open a few more recruiter spot for new ones to try out for that.

I haven't been much online, it's the last three weeks of school left and it's rly important to have things done and to get through exams. I try to bring any help I possibly can within this month to help you out. This is why we need new men in leadership as me and DiVo are mostly busy for the time being.

In spite of our server being inactive for a while (until DiVo re-pays for it), we have still regular guests. It's already a victory cuz nowadays it's rly hard to get visitors who come back every day. I hope I cud expedite the course of this thing but all we have to do is wait. DiVo will be here sooner or later. :)


The next thing kinda deviates from what was discussed on above. So, I think we're being too easy for applicants. When they make an application, I can only see acceptances.. based on what? Activity? Well that's not enough, we need players who can speak English like a normal person and who understand it as well. If we wanted to create a skillful army, we also would need to concentrate our energy on their ACTUAL skills. Don't you think? It'd be great to have a homemade scrim server and battle with one team against another team. Damn I miss those times.

P.S. This is for admins higher than recruiters but you can also take part in this. Share your thoughts but don't beg for leadership position, we will make the decision. :)

It´s not only you who miss those times, Im from Portugal and I think I speak good English and understand it too. Ive passed all my time in "our" server now.. i say "our" because I am a member of your team, im having a really good experience in ET now that ive come back for real and want to train with you guys has a team, Im not here to be a leader, Im here to follow the leaders and help a good team to go far in this "old" but never too old game for us.

I play this game for about 5 years, since it went online i think, Im one of the "old school" players, I want to be dedicated to this clan and want to go ahead with this and to help you in any mean´s possible guys. I have school too, exams and etc.. but i will always find a way to help any of you.

I think a scrim server would be nice with the maybe 8 best players of the server etc.

I agree on that we need to look harder on recruiting, thats why I only made 3 recruits who are all very well players.
That part about leadership I dont really get... You're gonna promote people? We don't have that much members...

As you said , Anthem, we need leadership. I think that Wolf made his work very well, those two who Divo banned were only 'mistakes at the work'. He recruited few players who are active and whats more - skilled. Many visitors say that we have very strong membership, they find it hard to score us when we play :P Dont forget that if player dont know english well, it doesnt mean that he cant be very good - im thinking now about Dark, our AAT.

Scrims - yea, that would be fun to make teamplay in full meaning. Problem is - where we will train?
Currently we dont have donators, to have ex. Nitmod server as main, and etpro with no bots for scrims training.
