I've had a simple idea for a while. Why don't we raise the recruitment XP cap to like 5000 or 10000? You see, I know we want to have our clan open for lots and lots of members. But, there are many advantages to raising the XP cap.

1. We will get to know that person better. You get to see if this person speak English as well. Or you can really see if someone's using cheats.

2. We won't have that many inactive members. As you've noticed we have many members that joined the clan but never came here again. Raising the XP cap will make it easier to spot out the active players.

3. Imagine a player that comes to our server is new to ET. By getting 5k XP on our server he gradually learns how to get more skill in playing ET. So, new clan members will have a higher average skill level than normal.

So, yeah, I suggest you guys to raise the XP cap to 5k or 10k.

i agree with it, but after few months later, when we get more people. we have no evern 30 people in clan if im sure, not active atm.
I saw Bombard asking guy who had 150xp about recruiting. he asked, if he doesnt want to join. After 1 sa i knew that its neewbie of et. He didnt even answer. i think, thaat firdt we need to make our rules more transparent. Also we shuld start training for our Recruiter, month by month. To help them in getting more experience, as i had in my wn clan. it was always good and helpful.

For the cap to be raised Id go with 5k due to the fact that 10k is pretty much XP to get and people might lose their interest for the server before the 5k.

I dont know if its a good idea to change the cap yet as we dont have a lot of active members but that can be fixed by being strict about it and kicking out people who are in-active.

Simple as that. Weed out the in-active ones and make room for the active ones and promote the active ones for their activeness and the job they have done by being on the server (expect some promotions to happen from me sooner or later).

And yeah. Id give this a go a bit later when we have more active members. The XP is low so we get as many new members as possible.

If the people start cheating once they join or before-hand its an instant ban for them. 2nd chances might happen but that is up to the FFs mostly to decide.

I agree Wolf, but we have had a few cheaters in the clan before. I think we can cut down on that amount.

Yeah... True... Should just get rid of the cheaters once and for all... No more 2nd chances... Too many mis-understandings and then it really was cheating... Ugh... I really need to get back home... Well... Tomorrow night Im back home...

What about 2k xp = I think it's level 4 that's Try-Out?
And 5k xp + active + good in english etc. = level 5?

Jonnyboy has got the good idea... That way we wont get any in-active members nor cheaters to our clan and among our ranks... And that leads to less trouble to everyone.

Just add a rank Try-Out and decide its color and add it to the roster.

I think we already have a Try-Out lvl in the server right?

On the server yeah... right... So its just the Roster needs to get the rank. And a color so it wont get mixed with the members who are in already. Or some way to tell.. Maybe TO or something...
